Do you buy old or new homes?
The short answer we will buy your house regardless of the age of your home, or the condition. As investors, we will pay the costs of any rehabbing that is necessary to make the home sellable. In many cases, we invest several thousand dollars to repair the home, add new appliances and any other upgrades that will improve the home, we even add new roofs if necessary. As investors, we hope to be able to sell the home in the future for a profit because of our efforts.
What if we are behind on payments?
Being behind on payments or even if the foreclosure process in imminent or even if the foreclosure process has already begun, yes we can still buy your house. We can help by paying the back payments and in most cases, we will be able to stop the foreclosure process.
Are you a Realtor®?
